Shellie Williams

SKIPPERVILLE…Mr. Shellie Raymond Williams, a resident of Skipperville, died Wednesday morning, December 22, 2021, at his home. He was 70.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 30, 2021, in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Freddie Smith officiating. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends following the service.

Mr. Williams was born January 20, 1951, in Dale County and has lived in Skipperville most of his lifetime. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elnora Dubose Williams; daughter, Cathy Jean Williams, father, Shellie Lee Williams; sister, Edna Dubose; two brothers, Willie C. Williams and Billy Ray Williams.

Surviving relatives include his children, Brenda Williams Richards, Aretha Floyd, Cynthia Williams Taylor (late Hover Taylor ), Raymond Lorenza Williams, Angela Williams Winsley, and Sheldia De’Meatric Williams; a sister, Annette Reynolds; four brothers, Edward Williams, Wayne Williams, Alfred Williams, and Ray Williams; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
