OZARK…. Mrs. Merlene Gray Wiggins, a resident of Ozark, died Thursday morning, February 6, 2020 in an Ozark nursing home. She was 73.

F uneral Services for Mrs. Wiggins will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 10,2020 in the Chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home in Ozark with Rev. Bill Hart officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Mrs. Wiggins was born on March 10, 1946 in Geneva, County Alabama to the late Earnest and Letha Gray. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. In her early years she worked with the Dothan Planning Commission and Napier Air Service. She later worked for several years with Jerry Mitchell Chevrolet. She was loving mother and grandmother and cherished her time with her family and friends. She loved to travel, line dance and antiquing.

Surviving family include her son, Ryan Wiggins and daughter in law Candi, granddaughter, Rachael Wiggins, grandson, Andrew Wiggins, sisters, Maxine Hagler and Marie Brackin, nieces, Sheila Coutu and Glenda Chancey, nephews, Gade Mims, Roger Mims and Greg Summerlin.
