PINCKARD…Sarah Ein, age 56 of Pinckard, Alabama, formerly from Mays Landing, New Jersey went to be with the Lord on March 22, 2026. Born on November 2, 1969, in Vientiane, Laos, Southeast Asia to Melvin B. and Connie Ein. Sarah was mother to two children, Kiana Rose Ein and Chase David Thomas.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 11, 2026, in Pinckard Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Chris Woodall officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the church. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.
Sarah graduated from Oakcrest High School in Mays Landing, NJ and worked as a server and manager at the Convention Center, Atlantic City, NJ; the Malaga Diner, Franklin Township, NJ; and the Texas Roadhouse in Dothan, AL. Known for her culinary prowess and love of cooking, Sarah touched many lives with many cuisines. She was funny and quick-witted, always ready to engage while making people laugh and smile. She was intelligent, kindhearted, and thoughtful as well as hard-working and did the best she could as both the mother and father providing for her children.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father Melvin B. Ein in 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Kiana; son Chase; her mom Connie; her five siblings, Esther Ein Muskopf (Jim); Deborah Snell (Jim); Michael Ein (Deborah); Ruth McCurry (Chris); and Nathan Ein along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
