Samuel Moore

Samuel Anthony "Sam" Moore, of Ozark, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at his residence. He was 48.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 on Tuesday.

Sam was born November 2, 1968 in Ozark where he lived most all of his life. He was a 1987 graduate of Headland High School. Sam loved his family, his dog and Tennessee football.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Stacey Moore of Ozark; three daughters, Kelsea Moore, Huntlea Moore and Peyton Moore, all of Ozark; two grandchildren, Nathan Morgan and Knoxlea Mathis, both of Ozark; his dog, Boogie; his parents, A.V. Moore (Reecie) of Napier Field and Anne Armstrong (Donnie Burkett) of Ozark; a sister, Donna Burkett of Wicksburg.
