Lorraine Wrinn

ENTERPRISE…Mrs. Lorraine Wrinn, a resident of Enterprise (formerly of Ariton) died early Thursday morning, March 16, 2022, in Medical Center Enterprise. She was 92.

In keeping with the wishes of the family, there are no services planned at this time locally. The family will say goodbye to their mother (grandmother) at a memorial Celebration of Life in Westbrook, CT, during which her ashes will be spread in the sea (according to her wishes) during the summer of 2022.  Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Mrs. Wrinn was born in Connecticut in 1929 and lived there for sixty-five years before moving to Ariton, AL after retiring from her business of twenty-four years, The Lorraine Exchange, in 1995.  She was married to Owen E Wrinn, Jr (deceased) and had seven children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She is survived by Mark Wrinn (Carol), Sharon Maloney, Lawrence Wrinn (Debbie), Lili Sandler (Howard), Maura Fuda (Donny), Sheila Wrinn, and Patrick Wrinn (Pam).
