Charles Katzenbach

OZARK… Mr. Charles W. Katzenbach, a resident of Ozark, died early Thursday morning, August 18, 2022, at his home. He was 72.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Katzenbach, son of the late Ernest and Wavelene Lomberger Katzenbach, was a native of Nelsonville, Ohio. He became a minister in 1980 and was the pastor of Father’s House Church in Ewell. Mr. Katzenbach enjoyed fishing, reading the word of the Lord, and his cowboy and Indian shows. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanie Platt.

Surviving relatives include his wife of forty five years, Gwen Taunton Katzenbach, Ozark; a sister, Shirley Shires, Columbus, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Sherry Younie Trawick (Richard), Ozark; numerous nieces and nephews.
